Tips for a healthier, happier and more successful life:

One of the greatest gifts we can offer ourselves is to love and appreciate ourselves and our body.

How are you taking care of your body, the only place you are living in your whole life?

For me, this is what matters the most and this how I do it:

Nutrition:

Few years ago, I started on this path. I loved my body enough to learn more about the foods and beverages that can help it be more vibrant and healthy and help the blood be more alkaline and balanced than acidic.

Exercise:

Exercising my body is so important for my wellbeing. And I remember my first yoga instructor always saying: “if it is not fun, it’s not worth it!”.

For me, doing yoga is literally diving into a long deep meditation in motion that helps me observe my body closely and listen more to its needs.

Breathing:

Taking long deep breaths every two hours during the day can help me raise my energy and feel the Divine connection. I know I am always safe and protected.

Happy thoughts:

Thinking happy thoughts and being more aware of my thinking can contribute to healthy mind, body and soul.

However, this doesn’t mean that I must be happy all the time.

No matter where I am in life right now and no matter how I feel, I start by accepting my feelings.

Then, when resistance is gone, change can come more easily and effortlessly.

Sadness and anger are all part of growing. We learn our lesson then we move on, wiser and brighter, then life can take us to higher levels.

Affirmations:

Doing affirmations helped me release negative thoughts and beliefs and heal my own life before starting to help others.

And repeating positive affirmations is a great way to reprogram the subconscious mind and attract the life we desire.

Be in the HERE and NOW:

Accepting what I have right here, right now, instead of pushing against it.

Being present, aware and observing the world around me is much better than thinking about the past or worrying about the future.

Relaxation:

Stress poisons the blood and relaxation helps it be more balanced, calm and serene.

Body massages are great for the soul too.

Every couple of months I offer myself a fancy spa (body massage, facial, Turkish bath, etc.) However, since life’s rhythm is fast sometimes, I visit the nearest spa salon every two weeks and I enjoy a quick head, back, neck a shoulder massage. Feet reflexology is also a great way to eliminate poison from the body.

Meditation:

Doing a short meditation every day, even if it’s just for few minutes, can help me be more aware, see the big picture and stay grounded.

I don’t always meditate with my eyes closed. Sometimes, I like to sit on my balcony sipping my favorite drink while looking and observing the world around me.

Sometimes I meditate when I eat. I try to feel the texture and the real taste of food instead of getting lost in thoughts.

And I am not saying I do that all the time, but I try my best to keep myself on track and support myself in the most loving ways.

This week’s post is inspired by “Think and grow rich” by Napoleon Hill.

In his book, Hill explains that the starting point of all achievement is DESIRE!

To get what you want, make sure you feel the strong deep desire for it first.

Many of my clients dream of being prosperous, however, only those who really, really, really want to be prosperous, experience life miracles and get what they want.

Here are 6 steps by Napoleon Hill to help you attract money and financial prosperity:

1-      Fix in your mind the exact amount of money you desire. (it’s not sufficient to say I want plenty of money. You need to be clear on what you want.)

2-      Determine exactly what you intend to give in return for the money you desire. (How are you going to help others for example)

3-      Establish a definite date when you intend to possess the money you desire.

4-      Create a definite plan for carrying out your desire, and begin at once, whether you are ready or not, to put this plan into action.

5-      Write out a clear, concise statement of the amount of money, what you want to give in return and the date, then describe clearly the plan.

6-      Read your written statement out loud, twice daily, once just before retiring at night, and once after rising in the morning. AS YOU READ, SEE AND FEEL AND BELIEVE YOURSELF ALREADY IN POSSESSION OF THE MONEY!

The Law Of Attraction works and it always responds to what you feel and attracts more of it.

The more you feel at ease, the more you attract things to be more grateful for.

The more you love and appreciate yourself, the more you attract people who love you and appreciate you. It is that simple.
